Managing Directors Mr Bruce Spencer-Knott & Mr Anthony Cole created Minster Paving & Construction in 1999 to supply their customers with a professional service in the Civil Engineering field.
Together the owners possess over 60 years experience in Asphalt Technology and are both passionate about the process of construction and surfacing pioneering mini pavers with the help of their Italian friends Antec in Bologna Italy here in the UK.
Since inception the company has grown to employ over 30 people in the office and on site and is able to offer a complete service from initial idea to hand over for all aspects of Construction with an annual turnover of 4 million sterling.
Our aims for the future are to consolidate our position within our market and drive forward with our ideas for utilising mechanical plant / pavers whenever and wherever possible to lessen the impact of manual work / handling and to deliver a far superior end product for all our customers.
The Two Directors also strongly believe that a major factor behind any success of the business will be the high quality of the directly employed workforce. In turn believing that the stability of the existing workforce shall be maintained through their commitment to each individuals training and development.
